1. GENERAL POLICY

All subscription payments are strictly non-refundable.
Upon subscription purchase, users receive immediate access to candidate database and hiring tools.

2. LIMITED REFUND CONDITION

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A valid job post has been created; AND
• No matching candidate profiles were made accessible; AND
• A written complaint is submitted within 7 days to support@rasoijobs.com

If at least one relevant candidate profile is made visible, service shall be deemed delivered and no refund shall apply.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

No refund shall be granted for:

• Change of mind
• Failure to hire
• Dissatisfaction with candidate quality
• Partial usage
• Business closure
• Operational decisions

4. PROCESSING

Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
