Subscriptions are prepaid.
Fees are non-transferable.
GST is applicable as per Indian law.
Refunds are governed strictly by the Refund Policy.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lavanvit Innovations LLP shall not be liable for employment disputes, hiring decisions, or consequential damages.
Liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in preceding three months.
5. TERMINATION We reserve the right to suspend accounts for fraud, misuse, or legal violations. 6. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject exclusively to courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
